Shipping: Orders are generally shipped via USPS/Priority Mail or USPS/Global Priority Mail for International orders. We reserve the right to use other means of shipping when deemed necessary or more practical.

Methods of Payment: For the convenience of our online clients, we gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express cards. For your protection all credit card information is encrypted & secured using the latest PCI compliance security standards.

Back Orders: Items temporarily out of stock will be shipped immediately as they become available, or the back order will be cancelled at the customer’s request.

Warranty: The seller’s and/or manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to repair or replace products proven to be defective. Neither manufacturer nor seller shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage as a direct or consequential result from the use or misuse of the products offered for sale. Purchaser/user assumes all risk and liability connected with the installation &/or use of the product(s).

Prices: RODWORX reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

Returns: Satisfied customers is what RODWORX has built its business on! If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Any item returned must be in new, uninstalled and unaltered condition. The item must be returned in the original package, with all originally included items such as mounting pads, hardware etc., manuals &/or instruction sheets, and shipping charges must be prepaid. No returns or exchanges allowed on discontinued parts, special orders or after 30 days from the invoice date. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customers opting to return an item must email through this website’s Contact Us page for a Returned Goods Authorization Number. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return or exchange. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
